The Buffalo Niagara International Airport ranked third highest in customer satisfaction in the JD Power medium hub, North American airport list. Yes, that is a drop from its number one ranking last year. But – and this is a big but – the airport is in the middle of a major construction project. The airport is keeping the flying public happy despite the bulldozers and cranes.

When the BUF Up project is complete, in under two years now, we are sure the Buffalo Airport will be back on top again. New entrances, exits, and amenities will pretty much guarantee not the third-best traveling experience on the continent, but one like no other.
