NFTA-Metro Conducting Two Surveys

NFTA-Metro has two surveys beginning mid-April.  Surveyors hired by the consultant WBA Research will be boarding the buses and trains, handing out and collecting the paper surveys from riders. It will ask about origin, destination, transfers, demographics, and motor vehicle access. This type of survey is required by the The Federal Transit Administration every three years.

The second survey is an annual customer satisfaction survey. It will ask about service quality, satisfaction, and demographics. Riders can voluntarily complete the survey online through our partners, ABBG and GOAL.

NFTA-Metro staff hopes everyone takes their chance to tell them how they are doing. It is the best way to shape a service that best suits the community.
