Parks Adventure Bus Sets Off

NFTA-Metro, the New York State Office of Parks Recreation & Historic Preservation, and the Eire County Parks Department partnered to offer free Saturday bus services to seven regional parks, including Knox Farm State Park, Chestnut Ridge Park, Fort Niagara State Park, and many others. The service kicked off on June 18 and will continue through Saturday, August 13.

“We are thrilled to offer this innovative new program that our riders requested,” said James Morrell, Director of Public Transit for NFTA-Metro. “Providing access to Western New York’s most beautiful parks and beaches is important for our community and we are happy to make this possible.”
