Welcome to the New Customer Service Center

New York State Senator Tim Kennedy cut the ribbon and opened Metro’s new Customer Service Center. Set in the bus station downtown – the Metropolitan Transportation Center – the new facility is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Metro professionals ready to answer any question about the bus and rail system.

Some of the Center’s features are available around the clock, like Metro passes and rail fares from the ticket vending machine, digital on-time bus information and a supply of good ole’ fashion paper schedules, because let’s face it, paper just doesn’t eat your data.
